The E-Type Register / Jaguar Drivers’ Club is holding its annual Track Day on Monday 2nd May 2022, at the Goodwood Circuit.
This event is open to any Jaguar, be that modern, classic or replica, and we welcome owners of other marques to participate.
Due to the organisational and safety constraints of the racing circuit, there is a maximum of 10 cars allowed on track at any one time, and an overall entrant maximum of only 60 cars.
Entry is by advanced booking only and booking is now open. The cost is £295.00 per car which includes the first driver. Additional drivers are £60.00 per person.
There will be an administration charge of £25.00 per person on the day for passengers wishing to accompany a driver.
For those who wish to spectate only, numbers are unrestricted and admission is free. Just turn up on the day and please park your cars away from the paddock area to avoid accidents.
Drivers sign-on will commence at 07.30hrs.
Instruction briefings will be given to all drivers and passengers by ARDs (Association of Racing Drivers) instructors.
It is compulsory for all drivers and passengers to attend the safety briefing at 08.30hours, if you are late or miss the briefing you will not be able to take part, no refunds.
Track activities will start at 09.00hrs.
The last track session will begin at 16.30hrs. Track closes at 17.00hrs.
All drivers must bring their current Driving Licence with them for inspection.
Goodwood will be providing marshals and emergency services.
There will be a lunch break from 13.00hrs to 14.00hrs
There will be catering facilities available on site but you are welcome to bring your own packed lunch or picnic.

This is an off-road event, we advise you to check your insurance policy very carefully.
In the unlikely event that you are involved in an accident, you may not be covered by insurance.
There have been very few incidents in recent years but it is your responsibility to check your own policy.
This is a fully marshalled track day, and any breaches of the driving rules are dealt with immediately.
Instructions by marshalls must be obeyed at all times and their descision is final.
Helmets are required (mandatory) for all participants and we recommend that you bring your own.
A small number will be available for hire on the day. Full face helmets must be worn in open top cars.
Dogs are not allowed into Goodwood, with the exception of Guide Dogs.
All cars must be properly silenced for normal road use and must not exceed a 98-decibel limit. This is a strict limit, cars failing this test will not be allowed on the circuit and no refunds will be given. If in doubt we advise you to seek an independent noise test in advance. Please bring your completed form with you on Track Day. No form, no track.
It is recommended that open top cars be fitted with roll-over bars. No children under the age of 14 will be permitted to be passengers.
You are strongly advised to read and understand the instructions which will be included with your general information and indemnities which will be sent to you prior to the event. This sheet of information is included in the instructions and forms part of the requirements for the track day. You will be signing the application form to agree that you understand the instructions.
(One form per car/driver, please). You will receive a confirmation and receipt. We recommend that you apply as soon as possible, as bookings will be dealt with on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.
Our popular social evening is Sunday, 1st May the previous evening. A special rate has been negotiated with the Chichester Park Hotel, Westhampnett, Chichester, PO19 7QL, adjacent to Goodwood. This is highly recommended and if you are interested, please include your requirements on the Application Form (prices are on the form).
