Area 10 - Scotland South - Kinneil Steam Railway Car Show

Area 10 Scotland South will be attending the Steam Gala on Sunday 11 October

Area 10 will be joining the annual Steam Gala at the Bo'ness & Kinneil Railway where hopefully the only vehicles emitting steam on the day will be the trains!

Featuring an intensive timetable, a visiting loco, goods trains and a selection of locally brewed real ales, join us for an unforgettable weekend of steam!

The friendly volunteers at the Bo'ness & Kinneil Railway are waiting to welcome you aboard and invite you to soak up the atmosphere of their award-winning heritage railway through the sights, sounds and smells of yesteryear.  Take in the authentic railway buildings, get up close to a mighty steam engine and climb aboard a lovingly restored carriage.  Listen for the whistles and watch for the green flag as you experience the ambience and nostalgia of a bygone era.

The railway is also a popular film and TV location featured in The Railway Man, Outlander and many more productions.
