Area 47 - Anglesey & North Wales - Visit to the Bentley Museum

Area 47 have organised a visit to the Bentley Heritage Museum

Visit Bentley Heritage Museum at Crewe, followed by lunch.  There will be a guided tour lasting approximately 90 minutes around the Heritage Museum, which will feature Bentley cars, young and old.

There are 42 cars in the entire Bentley Heritage Collection, including EXP2, the second car built by W.O. Bentley and the oldest Bentley in the world.  Two Blowers are in the Collection, including Team Car #2, the most valuable Bentley in existence, plus a 1929 Speed Six, and W.O.’s personal 1930 8 Litre.  The Heritage Garage is located within the evocative surroundings of the 1930s brick-built factory, where models such as the 2003 Continental GT were planned and developed. VIN 20001, the very first Continental GT out of the Crewe factory is part of the Heritage Collection.

There will be an opportunity to sit in the cars and also to photograph them and a Bentley branded goods shop where regalia can be bought.
