Areas 15 & 18 have long had a joint presence at local events in the Cheshire and Lancashire region. As in the past, Areas 15 and 18 will be attending the first of Mortons Classic Car shows at Tatton Park in June, the second event being in August. However, 2026 is a bit special as it marks the 40th anniversary of the Tatton Park shows and the JDC will also have a presence as part of our 70th anniversary celebrations.
The June event, the Classic and Performance Car Spectacular, is one of the UK’s most loved classic car shows, celebrating the golden age of motoring. Enthusiasts can view some of the finest cars ever made, with more than 90 exhibiting car clubs and in excess of 2000 classic cars on site, many clubs having their own display stand, alongside superb examples owned by private exhibitors With lots of entertainment, food and drinks outlets, as well as a massive autojumble, there really is something for everyone to enjoy!
The Club will be showing off its new van and matching gazebo, plus its wide range of quality merchandise – including special lines for the 70th anniversary – when we attend the Classic & Performance Car Spectacular at Tatton Park on 6-7 June. Now in its 40th year, this hugely popular show has been attended by JDC Areas 15 and 18 for many years, and we are delighted to support them in what is an important year for the Club and for the Tatton show.

Tickets can be purchased in advance from Mortons for £11.50 per adult per day, or you can pay at the gate at £14 per adult.
Children under 16 go free with a paying adult.
