The 2026 JDC National Weekend Concours at Brooklands
Concours Competitions - following the success of the 2025 concours we are planning to repeat our two tier competition.
After its very successful debut at National Day 2025 the next round of the RIWAX Trophy will be held at our Brooklands JDC 70th Anniversary Weekend on Sunday 12 July. As per 2025 the RIWAX Trophy will be presented to the overall winner to retain for approximately 12 months. The Trophy remains the property of the JDC and must be returned to the Chief of Judges (Gareth Jones) in good time for the 2027 competition.

RIWAX will be presenting prizes comprised of car care products for not only the winner but also for the two runners up. This gives contestants three opportunities to end the day a winner.
As per last year only the exterior (including wheels) and the interior will be judged. The engine bay and underside of the car will not be judged. However, in addition to the general cleanliness and condition of the car the judges will also take a little time to talk to the owners and consider the provenance of the vehicle.
The competition seeks to involve members who put a lot of effort into keeping their car in excellent condition but do not want to compete in Concours. The RIWAX Trophy is ideal for owners who use their cars regularly but still want the fun of competing at National Day.
Previously, Concours Classes were governed by the JDC Register structure. As per 2025, the Concours competition will be structured around seven age related classes. Below is a general guide to which vehicles fall into which class. Cars competing in Class G must be at least ten years old from date of first registration.
Class winners will be awarded a small Trophy for the owners to keep. In addition, for 2026, winners will also be presented with a JDC Trophy to retain for approximately 12 months. The Trophy remains the property of the JDC and must be returned to the Chief of Judges (Gareth Jones) in good time for the 2027 competition. Class winners that have achieved sufficient points, will be invited to take part in the Champion of Champions competition. As per the last three years, we plan to judge the final of Champion of Champions at the Jaguars at Gaydon event in September.
Entrants in either competition must be Jaguar Drivers' Club members and have to pre-register in advance. Advance registration is required to plan the judging schedules. No entries can be accepted on the day. Entry dates will be published nearer the time.
All vehicles entered in either competition must be driven to and from Brooklands.
When registering we will require entrants Full Name / Telephone and email contact details together with Registration Number, Model, Age and Colour (exterior and interior) of the vehicle entered.
