I acquired my latest XK120 fixedhead project in September 2020 in excellent, restored condition. Having carried out two phases of further work, the car is now almost as finished as it’s likely to be (projects are rarely ever truly complete) and the work has involved a significant series of modifications. However, I hope I have retained the XK’s true character, while making it a fast and reliable cruiser more suited to today’s roads.
