JDC board members and editor Gaynor Cauter were incredibly honoured to be invited by Jaguar to the UK unveiling of the controversial Type 00, held at Jaguar Classic. The ‘Friends of the Brand’ event was attended by well known Jaguar restorers, ex-designers and the ‘great and the good’ of the automotive scene. MD Rawdon Glover explained the Jaguar’s new rationale for the ‘brand with heritage’ before allowing guests to get up close to Type 00 and meet the creative team behind the design.
The JDC AGM, which is being held on Saturday 26th April at the British Motor Museum, will include a presentation and Q&A session with Ken McConomy, Head of Global PR for Jaguar Land Rover. Ken will explain the thinking behind Jaguar’s new direction and the design of Type 00. This is an amazing opportunity for members so make sure you don’t miss it.
Please join us in welcoming these new members who have joined the JDC in the past month.
