20 April 2026

Saturday 25 April - British Motor Museum, Gaydon CV35 0BJ - 10:30am for 11:00am start
This is your chance, as a member of the JDC, to meet the people who run the Club on your behalf and put your questions to them. Come along and hear what our new Chairman, Tony Merrygold, has planned for the year ahead – and there is plenty going on, not just for the JDC’s 70th-anniversary celebrations, but into 2027 and beyond.
This is an exciting time for the Jaguar Drivers’ Club, and we want you to be a part of what is a great success story. We have new Area meetings springing up all over the UK and abroad, we have a new, fresh image that is really getting us noticed, and the operating team, headed by Tony, has only one goal in all this – to make the Club bigger, better and stronger for its members. We are delighted to announce that Santino Pietrosanti, Director of Jaguar Cars, will be joining us at the AGM to bring you, first hand, the latest news from JLR.
So don’t miss out – come along to Gaydon on 25 April at 10:30am for a coffee and a chat before the serious business of the annual accounts etc. are gone through… and we promise it won’t take too long because afterwards, there’s lunch!
Please register at https://www.jaguardriver.co.uk/events/2026/agm or calling 0044 (0) 1582 419332 and don’t forget to bring your membership card!

This year the JDC Events Team is delighted to be supporting Area 15 Cheshire at one of the biggest car shows in the North West. Alongside a great display of Jaguars and Daimlers, you will find classics of every make and model, brought along by many of the major British car clubs. Our Area 15 members have been attending the show for many years, so we are particularly pleased to be joining them in this, the JDC’s 70th-anniversary year.

Such was the success of last year’s gathering in the beautiful surroundings of magnificent Ely Cathedral that Area 3 Cambridgeshire is returning there in June for another display. The Cathedral green is in the heart of the city and it’s a wonderful opportunity to explore this historic old town, while the locals admire your cars. However, places are limited by the size of the green, so contact Sandy without delay and don’t miss out on a superb day out.
Saturday 27 June - Galtres Park, Pickering, Yorkshire YO18 8EA - Contact: ericuttley@yahoo.co.uk
Hot on the heels of last year’s massive Jaguars of Yorkshire event, Area 62 Yorkshire Coast is staging an even bigger gathering of our favourite cars for what should be one of the highlights of the calendar in the north of England. The JDC Events Team will be there to support a show that has everything you would expect… plus a lot more: hundreds of beautiful car; traders; specialists; music; refreshments, including a bar; 1940s re-enactment groups; and lots more. So contact Eric Uttley today at ericuttley@yahoo.co.uk and join us for what should be the biggest show in Yorkshire.
Keep an eye on the events listings at www.jaguardriver.co.uk/events and in the magazine because there is plenty more to come this year.
Saturday 11-Sunday 12 July at Brooklands
We are now taking entries for the Concours competition at Brooklands. We are repeating the format of last year with our usual Concours competition for the seasoned veterans and are happy that Riwax are sponsoring us for a second year as the Riwax Trophy is the ideal entry point for anyone who uses their car regularly and hasn’t considered entering a Concours competion before. For full details of both competitions see our separate Brooklands Concours page.
For full details of hotels, gala dinner and Sunday admission to Brooklands, click here or see the magazine.
